Nantwich and District Royal British Legion 90th anniversary dinner, Wychwood Park Golf Club

Nantwich and District Royal British Legion held a 90th anniversary regimental dinner and cabaret night at the Wychwood Park Golf Club in Weston, near Crewe.

Members of the Welsh Guards in full ceremonial dress were among the guests as well as the Crewe and Nantwich MP Edward Timpson, local civic dignitaries and prominent business people.

Royal British Legion spokesman Rob Richardson said: ‘The Nantwich branch was one of the inaugural branches and we were celebrating our 90th anniversary. The event was a huge undertaking for us and rounded off the anniversary celebrations in style.’
